Appointments are confirmed within 48h.

The appointment’s details (online, in person, language used, specific requirements, etc.) must be provided in the scheduling form.

Depending on your needs, you may require a technical consultation. In this case, appointments may take more than 7 days to be scheduled, depending on the availability of mentors in that sector. During this period, details can be arranged via email.

All times are displayed in (UTC/GMT +01:00) Europe/London. If you are in a different time zone, please double-check the time difference to avoid confusion.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer must be done within 7 days after the first session. Receipt of an invoice after the payment.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less notice may not be refundable.
